i would love to see the guys live i bet its amazing. they were in little rock December 07 but couldn't make it out. it sucked so bad knowing that they were playing 15 miles away and i wasn't there

don't know if there's any other defiance fans floating around here (i imagine there's tons) but the band just updated their website with a tentative list of upcoming shows. This made me wet my pants. Here they are.

JULY
18 - dayton, OH @tba w/tba
19 - berea, OH @ berea fest w/ lots of bands.. check out www.bereafest.org $5 starts at 1PM!
20 - pittsburgh, pa @tba w/delay

AUGUST
19 - brattleboro, vt @tba w/tba
20 - boston, ma @tba w/tba
21 - new york, ny @tba w/tba
22 - philadelphia, pa @tba w/tba
23 - washington, dc @tba w/tba
24 - raleigh, nc (or somewhere near) @tba w/tba
25 - saint augustine, fl @tba w/tba
26 - miami, fl @tba w/tba
27 - tampa, fl @tba w/tba
28 - gainesville, fl @tba w/tba

I plan on making it to the boston, ny, phili, and d.c. shows, at least. anyone else as pumped as I am.

We were supposed to see them not too long ago but the show happened right when the craziest storm all year came through California, and there's no way I could have driven through that. Sad
